A fire on a double-decker bus has caused traffic congestion on a busy Hull road.
Emergency services were called to the blaze on the A63 Clive Sullivan Way near to the North Ferriby junction on Tuesday afternoon, Humberside Police said.
The force has advised motorists to avoid the area.
Images on social media showed the back of a double-decker Stagecoach bus in flames.
There are no reports of any injuries.
A Stagecoach East Midlands spokesperson said: "We can confirm that one of our vehicles experienced a mechanical issue that resulted in a fire.
"We are carrying out a full investigation to identify the cause, as incidents such as these are extremely rare."
